Returns

Thank you for shopping with SunKnee Raez and supporting our store! We accept returns for store credit only up to 10 days from the date the tracking number states your package was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns.

Cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If 10 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items using discount promo codes, clearance, and sale items are final sale, no exceptions!!

Exchanges (if applicable)
We currently do not offer exchanges.

Shipping

Please include your packing slip with your return items. We will email you as soon as we receive your package. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

We are happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered however once a package is scanned as delivered we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is missing please confirm that the shipping address that you entered when you placed your order is correct. Also, try visiting your local post office with your tracking information to verify where your mailperson delivered your package. Lastly, check with your neighbor to see if your package was dropped off next door. Occasionally the USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" prior to the actual delivery. Please allow an additional 48 hours for your package to turn up.
