Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: This refers to the time it takes for your order to be verified, tailored, quality checked, and packaged. All orders are dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and could take up to 2-3 business days to be completed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take between 2 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Please note, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delivery delays due to increased mail volume and some localized interruptions to delivery services.
Additionally, due to increased mail volume USPS is reporting some shipments are not being scanned which will result in inaccurate tracking information.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as the USPS works to deliver your shipment.
SunKnee Raez business hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5pm (PST). Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the following business day.
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Standard ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office or delivery service. Priority Shipping ship time is 1-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International ship time can vary between 1-6 weeks depending on your location and efficiency of your local post office.
If incurred, be aware that you will need to cover any import charges when shipping to your destination. We do our best to deliver on time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance of your destination country.
Delivery costs are nonrefundable. Refused shipments will incur a cost of the original delivery plus any return cost. International deliveries can take longer than anticipated so please be patient as your package makes it way to you.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled even if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
The liability for packages that are marked delivered is between the customer and the delivery service provider (USPS or UPS). We gladly replace packages that fail to get delivered but once the package is scanned as delivered, we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen. Please ensure you package is delivered to an address where you will be available to receive it. If the address that you entered when you placed your order is correct, then we recommend speaking to your local mailman/deliveryman to see exactly where the package was placed when it was delivered. We also suggest speaking to anyone else in your household to see if they possibly received the package and forgot to deliver it to you. Occasionally your tracking number may get updated prematurely and shows a package as delivered earlier than the actual delivery. Please allow 48 hours to see if the package shows up.
